Keyremix is sometimes referred to as the “Service”. Last updated: 21 September 2026

Introduction

These terms govern your use of the Keyremix website, application and related services. By creating an account or continuing to use Keyremix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.

Keyremix is operated by Biner Labs, reachable at [email protected]. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Keyremix” refer to Biner Labs as the operator of the Service, and “you” means the person or organisation using Keyremix.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms and that the organisation is responsible for its use of Keyremix.

Accounts

You need an account to use Keyremix. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not create or use multiple accounts to bypass plan limits, usage limits, credits or other restrictions.

You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law where you live requires a higher minimum age to use the Service.

Accounts are personal to the registered user. Login credentials must not be shared or transferred between people. Workspace collaboration and invitation capabilities may depend on your Keyremix plan.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Keep your credentials confidential and contact us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may refuse, restrict, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, abuses the Service or remains unpaid where payment is required. Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first.

Free plan

Keyremix offers a Free plan. No payment card is required to create a Free account, and a Free account does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Free-plan limits apply as described on the Keyremix pricing page and within the Service. You must not create additional accounts or workspaces for the purpose of bypassing those limits.

The Free plan continues unless you choose to upgrade or we discontinue or materially change the Free plan. Upgrading to a paid subscription requires an affirmative purchase by you.

Free accounts are subject to the usage, storage, AI-message, image-credit, workspace and content limits shown within Keyremix or on our pricing page. We may restrict abusive use or attempts to circumvent these limits.

Payments

Paid subscriptions and credit purchases are charged in US dollars through Dodo Payments, or another payment provider we may use in the future. Biner Labs does not intend to directly receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Keyremix Pro is available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Unless cancelled, your subscription automatically renews for another billing period at the price then in effect.

Current prices are shown on the Keyremix pricing page and at checkout. Taxes, VAT or similar charges may be added where required based on your location and the information supplied to the payment provider.

If we materially change the recurring price of your subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required. The new price will normally apply from a future renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

If a subscription payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment and notify you. Paid access may remain temporarily available during any applicable grace period and may later be restricted or returned to the Free plan if payment remains unresolved.

Upgrading from Free to Pro takes effect after successful payment. If you cancel Pro, you generally retain Pro access until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan.

AI image-credit top-ups are separate one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Purchased credits do not expire under the current Keyremix credit policy.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

This section applies where applicable consumer law gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, including where relevant in the European Union or United Kingdom. It does not apply where you purchase Keyremix wholly for business or professional purposes and applicable law does not provide such a right.

Where applicable, you may have up to 14 days from the date the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the rules applicable to digital services and digital content in your jurisdiction.

Keyremix is a digital service that may begin providing paid functionality, AI processing or digital credits immediately after purchase. Where required by law, checkout may ask you to request immediate performance and acknowledge any effect this has on your statutory withdrawal rights.

Where applicable law requires additional consent before immediate supply, access to the relevant digital service or content may depend on the confirmations required at checkout.

To exercise any applicable withdrawal right, send a clear statement to [email protected] identifying your account and the relevant purchase.

Model withdrawal form — To Keyremix / Biner Labs, [email protected]: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the Keyremix service. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].

Where a refund is legally required following a valid withdrawal, we will process it in accordance with applicable law and, where possible, through the original payment method. Where permitted by law, an amount corresponding to services already supplied may be deducted.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a recurring Keyremix Pro subscription through the available billing or customer-portal controls. Cancellation prevents the next scheduled renewal.

When you cancel, you generally retain Pro access until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund or statutory withdrawal right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We will correct payments taken in error, duplicate charges or charges made after a valid cancellation where appropriate. We may issue refunds in additional circumstances at our discretion without creating an obligation to do so in future cases.

If we suspend or terminate your account because of a material breach of these terms, amounts already paid are not refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

AI credit-pack purchases are one-time digital purchases. Except where required by law or where a payment was made in error, credit purchases are generally non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Use Keyremix lawfully and for its intended purpose: creating, generating, editing, organising and managing creative content and media.

You must not use Keyremix to violate the law, infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, harass or defame people, distribute malware, or create, upload or process content you do not have the right or lawful basis to use.

You must not attempt to access another user's account, workspace or content without permission; probe or test our systems without authorisation; bypass plan, credit or usage limits; interfere with security controls; or disrupt the Service.

You must not resell, sublicense, white-label or commercially redistribute Keyremix without our written agreement.

You must not use scraping, bots or automated methods to extract information or operate the Service beyond interfaces and capabilities we expressly provide.

You must not intentionally use Keyremix to attack, exploit, abuse, circumvent or violate the rules or terms of third-party AI providers or other services used to provide Keyremix.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying or attempting to derive the source code of Keyremix is prohibited except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it.

Serious or repeated violations may result in restriction, suspension or termination of your account. We may report unlawful activity where appropriate.

AI-generated content and accuracy

Keyremix uses AI systems to assist with planning, writing, image generation and other creative tasks. AI-generated results are probabilistic and may vary even when similar instructions are used.

AI models and providers can change over time, and similar prompts or inputs may produce different results.

AI outputs may contain errors, inconsistencies, unexpected elements, inaccurate text, visual defects or material that does not meet your intended purpose.

We do not guarantee that generated text, images, recommendations, plans or other outputs will be accurate, unique, error-free, reproducible or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing, distributing or relying on it and for independently checking information that is important to your use case.

Do not rely on AI-generated output as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, safety-critical or similarly high-stakes decisions.

Information on the Keyremix website, including pricing, feature descriptions, examples and product screenshots, is provided for general information and may change as the Service evolves. We do not promise that every feature will remain unchanged or available indefinitely.

Intellectual property rights

Biner Labs owns, or uses under licence, the Keyremix name, branding, website, application, software, interfaces, documentation and related materials. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

You retain your rights in content you upload or provide to Keyremix, including prompts, text, images, videos, screenshots, brand information and other creative materials. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your pre-existing content to Biner Labs.

You grant Biner Labs a limited licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display and otherwise use your content only as reasonably necessary to operate and provide Keyremix, including sending relevant prompts, instructions, images, videos or other media to third-party providers necessary to perform features you request. This licence lasts only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service or meet applicable legal obligations.

As between you and Biner Labs, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and relevant third-party provider terms, you may use outputs generated for you through Keyremix. Because AI-generated material may not always qualify for intellectual-property protection and similar outputs may be generated for others, we do not guarantee exclusivity or ownership rights in AI-generated output.

We may use aggregated or anonymised usage information that does not reasonably identify you or your organisation to operate, analyse and improve Keyremix.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions or ideas about Keyremix, Biner Labs may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

License to use the Service

You may access the Keyremix website and application for your own lawful personal or business use in accordance with your account, plan and these terms.

You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit Keyremix software, website materials or proprietary content, or use substantial portions of them to create a competing service, except where Biner Labs expressly permits it.

You may reference or quote reasonable portions of publicly available Keyremix materials where permitted by law and with appropriate attribution.

Access to the Keyremix application and paid functionality is also governed by your account, plan, applicable usage limits and the rest of these terms.

Restricted access

Parts of Keyremix are available only to authenticated users, and some functionality may be limited by your plan, permissions or workspace role.

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and, where applicable, for people you invite or authorise to participate in your workspace.

We may temporarily restrict or disable access if we reasonably believe an account has been compromised or continued access poses a security, abuse or operational risk to Keyremix or other users.

We aim to keep Keyremix available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance may be announced in advance where practical, while emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

Limitations of liability

Keyremix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Biner Labs excludes implied warranties including merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Biner Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunities or data.

Biner Labs is not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, changes, availability or outputs of third-party AI providers, payment processors, hosting providers, storage providers or other external services used by Keyremix.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the aggregate liability of Biner Labs to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you actually paid for Keyremix during that period, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to Keyremix, its plans, features, service providers, business operations or applicable law.

We will publish updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.

Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required by applicable law.

If you do not agree to a material change, you should stop using Keyremix and cancel any recurring subscription before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable pricing, plan and checkout terms, form the agreement between you and Biner Labs concerning Keyremix and replace prior agreements, statements or representations concerning the same subject matter.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

A failure or delay in enforcing a right under these terms does not waive that right.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. Biner Labs may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of its business, subject to applicable law.

Language

These terms may be made available in multiple languages for convenience. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the English version controls if there is any inconsistency between translations.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

The courts of Indonesia will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere or provides protections that cannot be waived.

If you are a consumer and applicable law provides access to an alternative or out-of-court dispute-resolution procedure, you may retain the right to use that procedure.
